Acorn has decades of experience producing packaging for the food industry. Our food packaging contains, protects, preserves, and then informs the consumer and sells the product. We provide packaging options for the outer (secondary) package, such as corrugated boxes, P.O.P. displays, trays, and chipboard folding cartons or the inner (primary) package, such as vacuum bags, stand up pouches, and specialty films that come into direct contact with food.

We are aware of the unique requirements for food packaging. For example, we often use environmentally friendly inks to print on folding cartons for food packaging and use certain coatings (aqueous) that can be used to enhance the appearance of your packaging.

Our marketing specialists are available to collaborate with clients to design new and improved food packaging concepts. They can create packaging that will help your product fly off the store shelves by rebranding and incorporating new images, taglines, and logos to increase the appeal of your products. Working together with our Creative Services Department, marketers can also assist with package and structural design.

Packaging for food products can be eco-friendly. Items such as corrugated outer cartons and printed folding cartons can be produced with a high-recycled content.
